The hotel that aviawest is located is very run down and does not deserve the current star rating. The rooms which are maintained by aviawest were a lot better. the windows were huge making the rooms beautiful due to the building outside. The carpets needsto be replaced. They were heavily soiled with stains which was gross to walk without shoes on. Aviawest should really find a new host hotel because the Rosedale is pretty crappy and the rooms could use some minor updates. The location was definately a plus. It was near everything. This place has a lot of potential though. more
