Stayed here with my sister in May 2009 while our brother was in the hospital so we got the medical rate. The landlord, Gene Feist, was really helpful and accommodating - phone in our suite, two sets of keys, maps and suggestions etc etc. The guesthouse is within sight of the hospital and very near shops and restaurants in various price ranges.
Buses go along West Broadway which is a few streets away, making it easy to get to other parts of the city. The suite was not luxurious but the main room had two comfortable single beds, an adequate TV, two lazyboy chairs. TV was cable and there was wireless internet connection. The kitchen had a full size stove, fridge and microwave, plus kitchen table and chairs. The second bedroom was windowless but had a single bed suitable for overnight guests. The bathroom had a shower with lots of hot water. Pets allowed and free parking. We had a great time here in spite of the nature of our visit. more
