This was the 2nd visit to Vancouver for my husband. We picked this hotel for several reasons: 1. Location-We hardly used our rental car. Nearly everything we wanted to see or restaurant we wanted to visit was within walking distance, and easy to find. This is a first rate hotel and it is in a great location. The hotel decor is contemporary and it is extremely nice. The 17th floor room was very large with a sitting area and a nice city view. The front desk staff and reservation staff were unfriendly and unhelpful and this detracted from an otherwise lovely property. more

My wife and I stayed 2 nights recently and enjoyed the concierge level. The inclusive breakfast and late afternoon snacks were very good and the booze offered at the honor bar was top shelf.
