Your enjoyment at Pan Pacific is all about how much you paid. If you paid full price expecting a 5 star hotel, with 5 star rooms, and 5 star service, you will NOT be happy. But if you got a deal, or a good rate, you'll probably love the place. It's a contemporary luxury hotel. It's a great location right... more

This hotel is in a perfect location returning from, or leaving for a cruise, or if you are there just to see or visit the most beautiful city in the world. There are all kinds of activities for adults and families, great, interesting restaurants, and views from every where. Shopping is abundant, but expensive. Bike rides through Stanley Park, boat... more

This was the 2nd visit to Vancouver for my husband. We picked this hotel for several reasons: 1. Location-We hardly used our rental car. Nearly everything we wanted to see or restaurant we wanted to visit was within walking distance, and easy to find. On top of that, the view of the harbour and mountains from our room was incredible.... more

This is a first rate hotel and it is in a great location. The hotel decor is contemporary and it is extremely nice. The 17th floor room was very large with a sitting area and a nice city view. The front desk staff and reservation staff were unfriendly and unhelpful and this detracted from an otherwise lovely property. more

I stayed here 2 nights before a cruise at the end of May with my mother. The hotel is run very well and the rooms were beautiful and the food in the restaurant, as well as room service, was very good. We got a harbor view room and it was well worth the price...it made our stay in Vancouver very... more

HAL recommended this as a hotel "near" where their cruises originate. We could literally toss our luggage from the hotel's outside cafe onto the ship! But handling our luggage oursleves was NOT necessary; the valet picked up our luggage from our room and it was waiting in our cabin after we boarded. Luggage handling was not the only ammenity for... more

On a quick jaunt through the Washington/British Columbia Pacific Northwest, I stayed at the Pan Pacific for an evening --and I was very impressed. I actually got the hotel at a reasonable price through the blind-purchase off of hotwire, when I found out I'd got a room at the Pan Pacific (already knowing the prominent location), I was very pleased.... more

This is exactly what a five star hotel should be. Great location, faultless service, beautiful bedrooms and the height of luxury. We stayed here for two nights as a stop off before travelling onto Whistler for a skiing holiday. We arrived after travelling from Manchester, UK, at what would for us have been 2am so it was lovely to walk... more

I stayed at the Hotel Pan Pacific in downtown Vancouver for a vacation booked to forget about the stresses of the moment. This hotel is beautiful. I booked a Premier Harbour View Deluxe corner room, and the view was spectacular. The room was big and the layout was done in such a way that I did not hear the guests... more

My wife and I stayed 2 nights recently and enjoyed the concierge level. The inclusive breakfast and late afternoon snacks were very good and the booze offered at the honor bar was top shelf. The rooms are attractive, but not huge. The bedding was excellent and I loved the high thread count sheets. The view is fantastic, but those cute... more
