I found the hotel very dated, the room had a portable A/C, had a view of an alley. Tried to watch a movie and the movie box didnt work and the front desk couldnt help. Really not impressed at all. For the amount it costs there are much better places to stay in downtown van. more

We received a warm welcome at the desk even though our ship came in early in the morning. We were given a high floor as I had requested. The suite was lovely--spaciaous, well-appointed (even to the Q-tips), had a great balcony and view, and was very comfortable. It was serviced well. After leaving Victoria. we added one more kid to our group and headed by ferry to Vancouver. The Coast Plaza is very well located for family travel. Turn right on Denman and you are in Stanley Park.
