I find that this hotel is quite money hungry. I had a reservation for a queen bed, but I wanted two double beds instead. This all-suite hotel has about 200 rooms. Each floor has 2 corner suites while the top two floors 30-31, are Executive Suites w/a larger room, key -access, WiFi internet, breakfast and nightly turndown service. We had reportedly one of the nicest rooms in the whole hotel . . . . top floor, corner room with balcony. The shower has mildew growing in the corner near the door towards the bottom of the shower pan. Stayed here on business, large suite, well furnished, heavenly bed, heavenly shower, good brekfast, 20 min walk to downtown but easy to find. Walking distance to everywhere. Great value chain hotel, would definately stay here again. more

Great location, super staff and very spacious rooms. Our bed was soooo comfortable and cozy that I found it hard to get up and out. Loved it!! GM Place and BC Center were only a few blocks away which was nice (we were there for a concert). Lots of fun, upbeat bars & taverns and shopping all around as well.... more
