Excellent location in the Granville St. entertainment area, especially if you are attending a show or out clubbing. The rooms are clean but small and very basic. There are better deals out there for nicer rooms. The cost for parking is a good value compared to other hotels in the area.

This is our second stay at this hotel. The first time was in May 2010 for one night. We had originally picked this hotel based on reviews on trip advisor and we were not disappointed.

Really - from top to bottom, excellent property - rooms are modern, clean, very comfortable. Location is pretty good for getting anywhere on Granville Island easily. Only issue: major construction going on to the east and west of the hotel. We were greeted promptly at 7:30 AM by a couple of backhoes and dump trucks outside our window.

I stayed for 2 nights in Oct 2011. I requested an early check-in of around 9 am after a 15 hour flight from Sydney, Australia. They did their best and I was in the room by 10:30 am.
