Stayed two nights for business. This represents very good value for the downtown core of Vancouver and the rooms were large with plenty of windows. Walkable to the new skytrain station that connects you to the airport. I would stay there again without hesitation. more

Decided to stay here after reading all the reviews here on Tripadvisor. We got a package deal through WestJet Vacations for a flight & hotel and got to stay on the 29th floor at no extra charge. The room was spacious and very clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The view was fantastic, overlooking Robson Street and the... more

Wife and I spent 3 nights last week (week of October 12) in Vancouver and our accomodations were the Blue Horizon on Robson Street right in the middle of downtown Vancouver. This was a very nice hotel and even though it was built in the 60s (estimated) it was very easy to tell they work hard to keep the place... more

Stayed at this Hotel 10 nights, great central location to walk to downtown, Gastown and Stanley Park. Bus stops outside hotel main entrance. Inlet Restaurant excellent value for money and economical. We were upgraded to the 29th Floor, good sized rooms and 2 bathrooms. more

I had called 2 weeks ahead to make a reservation for my 19 year old son, my 17 year old daughter and one of their friends to stay at the Blue Horizon. We live in a small very northern city and my children wanted to stay in an area on Robson that they were familiar with as the big city... more

Blue Horizon is in a great location on Robson Street within easy walking distance of the main shopping area, Stanley Park and most of the other great places in Vancouver. The rooms were well priced fairly modern and had a great view of the hustle and bustle of the city without too much noise. We arrived on the Canadian very... more

I have to agree with the other reviews, I really loved Vancouver and staying at the Blue Horizon was a good decision. I had a nice large corner room, it was clean and well serviced, and right in the heart of the city. Front desk staff were great - helpful and friendly.Free Internet, and good TV/cable channels. No LCD TV,... more

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We stayed in a premium room with two massive queen size double beds. The room was spacious and clean with a fantastic view over the harbour. There is a restaurant on the ground floor that serves a decent breakfast. But we preferred to go to Blenz just a minute away for morning cakes... more

I would recommend Blue Horizon to anyone seeking a centrally-located hotel in Vancouver in the mid-price range. The rooms were fairly modern and the view from the balcony was very nice. We were on a higher floor in a corner room with giant windows. Pluses included the bed with its comfy duvet and the mini-fridge (which came in handy). It's... more

I stayed here for just one night before departing on an Alaska cruise. I loved the location! My husband and I walked to Stanley Park during the day and then spent the evening shopping on Robson street. The hotel itself was clean but seemed a little bit dated, we had a corner room that was very quiet and comfortable and... more
