My overall experience was really terrific. I appreciate another reviewer's problems with the room keys to use the elevator, which I also had a problem with initially, but that was so minor compared with overall great service, friendly staff, exceptional decor (real art and fresh flowers). You would think this hotel has the potential to be great -- a central location in the heart of Vancouver's financial district, two blocks from the Robson shopping district and the Hyatt branding....but the hotel simply falls short.
