Great location and excellent service. All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone had a smile and were very welcoming. We stayed in a luxury king and the room was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. What a fine establishment! Don't change a thing.

There is very little to complain about. The location is ideal for a city visit or a business trip. Rooms are "roomy", room service very efficient and smiling - ask anything and it will get done. Excellent Canadian breakfast at Diva. All in all, Great value.

Location of hotel is great, close shopping centres and restaurants. The room and amenities were excellent. Service of checking in and out and late checkout was excellent very accomodating. The concierge was great in helping us to get in tours. Definitly recommend and i will stay at this hotel again.
