Good spot - close to town and supermarket. Bus No 19 will take you down to town. Spacious - pretty quiet room with TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Good breakfast - crowded dining room. Our room had stinky bathroom and semi clogged bathtub. Great, very helpful reception service. The king beds were comfortable.

This place has great service, great value, very clean, and centrally located in a very nice part of town. Much better than those "downtown" hotels, which, quite frankly, is not Vancouver's best face forward. Good - free high speed wi-fi, free parking, free breakfast (albeit standard continental motel fare). With reasonable rates these extras result in a very reasonable deal despite the distance from downtown (we like a good long walk so this didn't bother us) Bad - noise transfer was appalling. Located close to down town. Clean quiet rooms. Great breakfast. Good service. Recommend staying here if on a budget. Free parking. Can't say anything but good about this place. The only tricky was having a $20 charge added to our credit card even though we had prepaid the room. Apparently it is refundable.
