I stayed for 5 nights, beginning Jan. 31. I found the hotel to be clean and quiet. I don't drive, but transit buses go by the front door every few minutes and it's very easy to get downtown. The staff were very helpful and friendly, without exception. Right next door to the hotel is a shopping mall with a liquor... more

Clean and tidy hotel. The room we had was nice, nothing stuuning, just adequate for a 3 day stay. Good beds and quiet location. Breakfast was only average, but it kept us going till lunch. Staff were helpful. more

I read good reviews of this hotel here on TripAdvisor and I have to say they were all correct! The staff was so nice & helpful, and our room was very spacious, quiet and CLEAN. The hotel is walking distance (about 10 minutes) to a very busy area with shops, restaurants, etc., but the free parking is definitely a huge... more

I stay at this hotel at least 30 nights per year, usually in one-week stays, and find it overall an excellent value and very good quality. The hotel is not the Fairmont, and doesn't pretend to be. However, at their very reasonable rates (down to $69 in the winter), what you get is worth every penny. The rooms are comfortable... more

My room was fairly modern, very clean and spacious (for 1). The staff was very helpful with directions and advice. There's not too much to do around the immediate neighborhood, but is safe and fairly quite (definitely better than downtown). Not the cheapest, but for a moderate rate, a very good stay. more

A jewel in the rough. * First impressions: On corner of a busy street. Receptionist was gracious. I asked for a room NOT beneath the gym and he said "Oh, you must have been here before!" I had not...I had just read another Trip Advisor report! Thanks! * Customer Service: Excellent. I was able to stay a little longer because... more

A have stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions, probably totalling a month or so alltogether. The rooms are uniformly nice, and would command a much higher price if the hotel was located 1km closer into the downtown core. I have stayed in $200+ hotels with rooms like these. Tastefully decorated and modern. Many of the rooms have... more

I have the say that this is one of the best hotel for its price. Booked it 14 days in advance and got about 60 CAD pernight. The room was clean and had everything you need, except for a safe to keep my passport and important documents, but that wouldnt matter much. Had everything i need in the room, tv,... more

Stayed here for four nights in Sep 06. Secure underground parking, however, there are more rooms than vehicle parking spaces so arrive before 7PM if you want to be sure of a parking space in the secure area (and you will need this!). All rooms have free internet (either by cable or wireless) and there is a internet station in... more

Rooms were nice. It had a fridge. The breakfast was pretty good. The rolls were above average. The parking spots were small. I was able to catch a bus close by to get downtown easy enough. I definitely did not like that the small gym closed at 8 p.m. more
