Excellent location one street away from vibrant and safe area full of restaurants, 2 bunk beds to a room, sheets and towels are all included in the price, clean toilets with soap and hot showers (cleanliness pretty decent for a building full of young travellers). To clear any confusion between the Central one and downtown, downtown is a brick building and "central" is a off-white building with a bar on the first floor. I got my phone stolen on my second night stay while in bathroom. Do not trust the cleaners, a big sweaty man cleaning should be sacked. The aussie staff are so rude and would rather play cards than help. Awful start to holiday staying there and many others agreed with me.
