We like this hotel. Have stayed there a couple of times and it is an easy walk uptown or down to Yaletown for some good restaurants. The higher floors have very good views and the bar downstairs is great for a beer and an easy meal. More

As others have said, the location is great. Walkable to Yaletown, Chinatown, Gastown, etc. The rooms are probably larger than the average hotel room because of the separate living room area, but there was a general dinginess to the place that just made it kind of... icky.
