Unfortunately I didn't sleep much. The hotel was very noisy: we had constant noise from the disco downstairs, people shouting in the corridor and various pipes and so on. The location was also quite sleazy. For the money I really think we could have found something better. more

The last thing you should do is stay in this hotel. On arrival with our group there were people spilling out of the bar into the lobby, drunks and beggars in the street. A mixed bag this place. Much has been said in previous reviews about the location which to be honest I didn't find all that bad. If you walk down Granville toward downtown you will pass 3 or 4 sex shops, peep show places etc. but no more than that and no worse than may other European cities I have stayed... more

My husband & I booked three nights in this hotel because the price was better than others in the 3 star category, but believe me this is no 3 star hotel! Very seedy.. for the first time ever, we cancelled the 2nd and 3rd nights and moved elsewhere. It's no bargain. more

the staff are all friendly , nice clean rooms only drawback is the area, although that is not the hotels fault!!..and not enough coffee etc in the rooms but you could always get more from the front desk more

This place is a total crap hole. They claimed that they've just been renovated but all they really did was just a cheap face lift to cover up the inner structure issues, which you will soon discover when you step foot into the room.
