This was our 3rd stay in 3 years. This is our "official hotel" everytime we come to Canada. Clean rooms, great staff, great location, good price, what else can we ask for? Now we even get recognized by hotel housekeeping staff and front desk staff. They all are just great, and we can not wait till the next time. \once... More

The people who give this place a poor rating haven't stayed in Vancouver very often. Vancouver is expensive. The area around the Vancouver HoJO is a bit sketchy at night, but we were only hit by two panhandlers in a ten block walk, and saw no obvious hookers. There are homeless people, all right, but that's what you get in... More

I only stayed at this hotel for 1 night - could not fault the hotel, very airey & spacious. However, I wasnt keen on the area the hotel was based and therefore this would put me off booking there again unfortunately. I thought London was bad with homeless people but Vancouver beats it hand down. Didnt eat at the hotel... More

We stayed here for 2 nights in a room with 2 Queens. The room was quite small but clean and the bathroom even had a window. The hotel is in walking distance to Robson Street and the waterfront, good public transportation as it is on one of the main streets. Minus: We had to pay 1 $ for each suitcase/bag... More

Stayed here for 3 nights in a room with 2 queen beds and bathroom. Basic rooms, clean and the guy on reception in the afternoon/evening shift was really friendly and helpful. We had a room facing Granville St which was noisy as the road is busy with traffic but inside the hotel it was quiet. For a basic and comfy... More

This hotel borders Yaletown which is one of the better areas downtown. We basically chose location and not quality of hotel. It is 1 block north of Yaletown. It has the basics covered, i.e clean towels and sheets daily with free wi-fi. The general feel to the hotel was very dated ans somewhat gloomy. I recommend this hotel to a... More

Stayed for two nights, be careful which room they give you, some are noisy due to construction work next to the hotel and some have very weak Wifi connection. Could change room without a problem and was very happy afterwards. Good location for going out and shopping. Bus stopp in front of the hotel or 1Min walk for other directions. More

We had booked into this hotel from UK to spend 2 nights between the Rocky Mountaineer train and the cruise ship. I didn't want a high class hotel because I guessed we would be too tired to take much notice. However, we were very disappointed on arrival because the hotel isn't in a very nice district on the edge of... More

I booked this as a stop over between Vancouver Island and Sun Peaks as it had a free car park and what a great find, didn't look that good from the street but inside like a small boutique hotel, we checked in the room and were then given a fruit basket, nice touch, the room was clean and comfortable, no...
