Room was large, wonderfully appointed and with a curious small space (luggage, dressing?) and no full length mirror. Check-in was mechanical and not friendly; as I say, mechanical. Well, we live in Halifax, NS and we can buy approx 7 lbs of bananas for the price of a single cut-up banana brought to our room. Ice is $3.00, but if you walk down the hall, and around a corner, there is a well-hidden ice-room that provides free ice. I could not find this mentioned anywhere in the "Services"... more

My husband and i had the fortune to stay here for free while he was on a business trip. The room was very nice, quiet, and had a good view. if you want to pay too much money and be seriously dissappointed? then book a room here. You pay a lot of money, the rooms are outdated, old, smelly, terrible bathrooms,... the service is bad and on top of that TWO deliveries went wrong: first a taxi voucher was missing out of an envelope and then a second envelope delivered... more
