there were bed bugs in my room. I left after four days with about 20 very large red bumps on my neck, shoulders and arms! Also, I am certain the sheets were dirty when I checked in. I stayed 3 weeks in the hotel and although some of the 4 reports above describe extreme experiences, mine was not so bad. I choose it simply because it is convenient, I can walk anywhere and having to spend a total of 5 weeks in Vancouver, I could afford it, Vancouver price versus quality, I got what I paid for. more

This place is disgusting! The room was a disgrace. Filthy dirty and smelled even worse. The linens and bed were dirty and so bad that I didn't even want to use them. There was what I think was a transvestite hooker strolling in and out of one of the rooms. Just a scary scary place. Stay away more

This must have been one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at! After requesting a change of sheets (the ones on the bed smelled dirty), we got "fresh" sheets that smelled just as bad! We arrived at this hotel late so had no option but to stay for one night. The room was dull, drab and dirty. It was so bad that we checked out at 5.30 a.m. without having even showered. I swear I was been bitten during the night.Definately not to be recommended. more
