Checked in early and got upgraded to a king suite with a jacuzzi. Very nice and spacious room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic. Right in the heart of Yaletown. Room was clean and comfortable. We booked a room with king size bed and a "2-person whirlpool," which turned out to be just a large 1 person jacuzzi. Great choice to stay. Convenient location downtown. It's not a 'shotty' part of town but there's definitely some night life happening.
