We stayed here prior to a cruise. The hotel is centrally located and within easy walking distance to most places. The staff was helpful and the hotel very nice. Our first room had a terrible view of the side of a building. They quickly changed us to a second room which was a suite with a view of the water.... more

This is not the best known hotel in Vancouver, but the facilities, staff and location are exceptional. Great room, excellent fitness centre and very attentive staff who are eager to please and go the extra mile. I found the price extremely reasonable given the going rate at comparable properties. more

Recently spent one night in this hotel. Had an Executive Suite on the 11th Floor with great views of the harbor, Canada Place, etc. The hotel is located one block from Canada Place and the cruise ship dock and about three blocks from GasTown and one block from the SkyTrain Waterfront station.
