We first stayed at this vacation rental in July 2004 and have returned every summer since then. At that time, the owner had one apartment in the building on the 11th floor. The apartment lives up to the claims on the website and then some. The owners, Francois and Eoin, are most accommodating. Because I am a tea drinker and wanted to make more than a cup at a time, I bought an inexpensive teapot for the unit. (Francois was out of town at the time and I didn't want to wait for his return.) Last year, when we were placed in a newer unit, there was a teapot ready and waiting for us. Every year, there seem to be more of the little things to make one's stay more pleasant, e.g. laundry detergent for the free washers on each floor, umbrellas for those frequent rainy days, a kitchen stocked with basic seasonings, etc. Many places in Vancouver offer high speed... more
