We booked this B&B a few days ago through an online website for the 2010 Olympics. After receiving confirmation, having made a deposit and booking plane tickets, I contacted the B&B for additional confirmation although it was specified that this was not requred. A day later, I was informed that they could not take our reservation because they were not certain to be open during the Olympics. Although they advertise that "YOUR RESERVATION IS GUARANTEED OR WE WILL MAKE AN ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENT." we were simply told to contact the booking agency and that they had no room for us although there was clearly availability at time of booking. I suggested a call to discuss the situation and I was ansered the following:

"Please contact Hostel World, it is their mistake. Unfortunately, We do not have a room for you. Thank you."

I am very disapointed and shocked that they paid so little attention to visitors. We had read good reviews, but I suggest... more
