This is a really nice place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. We stayed in the Hawthorne Cabin for three nights - very cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace and the hot tub. Each cabin is very private and secluded.
Nice hiking along the river, very near the cabins.
We would stay here again if we return to Vancouver Island.

What a wonderful place!
There are 3 log cabins available very near to a beautiful river. Each cabin has it's own charm and total privacy. We stayed in the Meadow cabin. It has beautiful half moon windows for star gazing from the bedroom, It's own private patio area hosting a barbeque and hot tub again with star gazing views!
The owners are very accommodating and have thought of every possible need you may have to make your stay as perfect as possible. It is quite deffinately the most romantic place I have ever been to.
There are many local walks to be enjoyed one of which being accessed by crossing the river on a basket on a pulling rope!
The river is cristal clear and we had fabulous weather which meant swimming in the river was a lovely way to pass an afternoon after enjoying lunch sitting on provided chairs in the river!
