Beautiful hotel and location right on the Inner Harbour. Views of the Parliament building and the entire harbour. Rooms was large, very clean and extremely comfortable. The ferry from Port Angeles pulls right into the harbour and driving was minimal around town. Butchart Gardens was only 30 minutes away and a wonderful drive. We stayed three nights, ate at the hotel, used the spa, and also took advantage of the concierge service. The hotel was great and the service from everyone was outstanding. We do wish they had more up to date TV's in the rooms, but that was ok. more

Located on the Inner Harbour and is a 5 minute walk to dowtown shops and restaurants. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a lot of pigeon droppings around the premises but you quickly get used to it. Also the top floors rooms also have this issue outside the window ledges.
