I was surprised to see that this hotel was under construction! The Staff were wearing winter jackets inside!! The was no "manager" on duty for the weekend, the elevators are old, the rooms are shabby with no views, no parking and I saw the cleaning staff dump a pail of dirty water out the front door right onto the street!!!! more
