The owners of this house are very nice people, but they work full time, and the B&B is an after-thought at best. I was quite an effort to get power to the television, to get clean, dry towels, etc. Also, the breakfast advertised is evidently non-existent.

The good news is that it's very reasonably priced in an expensive city. The drive from the house to downtown Victoria is about 10 minutes, nearly all on main roads. There are also a couple of very nice little breakfast places within about a 5-minute drive. The neighborhood is residential, so there are only a few little stores down at the corner.

In short, I would only recommend this place if money is a MAJOR consideration. more
