We stayed for 3 nights. The rooms are VERY outdated and rundown but VERY clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, free wifi and parking. Scalded not once, but twice in 2 different rooms by the shower. Mouthy and argumentative housekeeping supervisor. No air conditioning, was NOT offered a fan, even though one was available in the room the we moved to (broken fan, but worked none the less) Rooms are old, dated and not up to the standards that are offered in other hotels/motels.... This place sucks. Dirty smelly rooms, Rude staff. I didn't expect much from a $80 a night motel but a little courtesy would be nice. If our looking for a place to stay in Victoria there are much better options for the money. Don't waste your money or vacation time on this dump.

Exellent value for money the only thing missing was air con although it did have a ceiling & stand alone fan. Restaurant/diner food was very good. Service was exellent with the houskeeping and front of house staff being very helpful. We were put on to this hotel byour relatives & it provided all we needed. Thanks to you all.

Lovely place rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable,the staff was very nice and helpfull . Stayed here for two days, and had two rooms,my parents had a newly refurbished room which was absoultely beautiful, think our room was on the list to refurbish,but it was still very nice. X

You want to stay here if you need to be close to downtown. Reasonable pirce. Retro for sure showing its age. The room was fairly clean but room for improvment. Bed was comfortable and we had a quite sleep. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again,
