The house is old & beautiful, with some great antiques. The breakfast room is new and full of light. The rooms are all suites with full kitchens and new flat screen TV's. We like small to medium B&Bs and this one is great. Breakfasts are amazing (You don't need a lunch!). You can easily walk to Victoria Harbor with all that the tourists want to see, but you are away from the stream of traffic. The rooms have a full kitchen if you want to make some coffee or do some cooking.... more

What a nice surprise when we were shown our "suite". It had a full kitchen, nice sitting area and very nice bedroom with a private bath. We were very pleased with the spaciousness of the bedroom and pleasantly surprised with the other rooms. One of the finest B & B's we've come across: 1. Spacious suite decorated with tasteful and interesting items, which comes with a complete kitchen. 2. I don't think you could find a better breakfast at any restaurant in Victoria! The food was light, fresh, delicious, and beautiful. The suite was immaculate and well equipped with cooking utensils.
