july 2007: stayed at the malahat bungalow motel. our bungalow was spacious, and clean. while the place is older and the furniture dated i can honestly say it was spotless. no mousedroppings, no sawdust, no dirt anywhere. the kitchen was stocked with sufficient dishes/cookware etc. to see us through breakfast/lunch/nighttime snacks. we could have easily made dinner as well but... more

This place should be condemned. We took our volleyball team there and had three large rooms. What a mistake that was. For example there were mouse droppings and sawdust in one bed. Faulty gas appliances. Broken plumbing and windows. There is not enough room to list all the things wrong with this place. Obviously building inspectors don't travel this far. more

My son's soccer team stayed here for the Provincals, we rented most of the cottages and cabins that were avaliable.
