Yes the elevator is small... and it's on a noisey street but the kindness off the staff totally make up for it...we stayed in a plain Jane room which looked to be newly renovated and had no issues! My husband and I booked this motel for one night, the last night of our vacation on Vancouver Ilsand. We are not picky people, and quite used to get the most economical accommodation and to be content with that. This one was just dreadful. I agree with the previous review (from July 19th) entirely.
