Hotel situated just off highway outside of town - no views. You can walk to local shops, but there are few pavements and no good crossing spots for the busy roads - you just run for it. There is not much to say about this hotel. Nice, clean, big rooms, quiet, friendly staff. The best breakfast we had in three weeks Canada with different hotels each night. Location is ok with car, mall is in walking distance, downtown in driving distance. We perfectly relaxed that night. more

I have stayed at this hotel twice now, both times on personal vacation roadtrips for 1-night stays. The first time (2006) our room faced north, to the paved parking lot, which was ok. The 2nd time (July 2008) we faced south, looking at the empty dirt-lot behind the hotel......so that wasn't as nice of a view. Check in was good... more

Traveling with a 9 month old and a seven year old, there are a few hotel amenities that are required...a refrigerator of some sort in the room, and a microwave (either in the room, or at the breakfast bar at the very least). I stopped overnight here traveling from Calgary to Vancouver. This is a great Holiday Inn Express to stopover. The rooms are nice and clean. We stayed in a jacuzzi room for those sore muscles after driving long. The jacuzzi did the job as well as the pool and the hot tub they have for the guest. The staff was helpful... more
