I don't have anything bad to write about this property. The customer service was fantastic. When treating people with respect, they treated you with respect and bent over backwards. “Older hotel, good value”

Our recent stay was an off season treat for extended family and booked three rooms. We found good value at the Crystal. It is well located in the middle of the Village Stroll; good for shopping and restaurants. If I had come for the skiing I would prefer a hotel closer to the lifts. “Nice Hotel - Great Location and Friendly Staff”

Took advantage of a Living Social Special. Hotel section was nice, room was on the small side but balcony made up for it. Staff very friendly. So close to Gondolas and food/nightlife, location is hard to beat.

We spent two nights here at The Crystal Lodge and we enjoyed our stay. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean albeit a bit on the small size. The heating in the room was very noisy along with the fridge.....but we had to actually sleep with the window open all night as the hotel was actually very warm.... More

This was the 8th time my ski group of friends have been to Whistler and as usual we stayed at The Crystal. You cannot fault the place. The location of this hotel is fabulous, perfect for skiers and non skiers alike. We were there at the end of April, so the Village was free of snow, but the hills were still open. “Perfect place on the stroll”

We were greeted by friendly staff. Great tips for visiting Whistler for the first time. Perfect spot on the stroll with shopping and dining on the doorstep. Internet free, great deals for shops near the hotel. Steps to the gondolas. Bright, spacious, and clean room. Little blanket, water bowl, and treat for our dog. Would definitely stay here again!
