We come to Whistler every second weekend in the summer and this by far has been the worst "hotel" experience. The hotel seems to be more time-share focused, and runs the hotel buisness on the side. Very close to the village, fine for summer. Not a ski-in resort in winter though. Big pool and 2 hot tubs which were most welcome. Small fitness centre. The only downside to this resort was the additional charge for parking - beware. more

Cascade Lodge Paths: Somewhat treacherous walk to gondals for some reason this year ( the company who are responsble for path clearing) did not bothered to clear paths outside main square. We stayed here over Christmas, and really enjoyed the lodge. We had a studio with washer, dryer, and small kitchen, so enjoyed breakfast without crowds.
