Stayed here with a group of 8 on a skiing holiday, booked through Inghams, the UK ski operator. It was good enough - its a 3 star after all, so I'm not quite sure why people act like they think it should offer 5 star levels of comfort and service. We got a great price to stay in a comfortable... more

OK, this is essentially a Ski/Outdoor/Hiking Hotel so maybe we shouldn't have expected it to be much more than a hostel. The utilitarian exterior gave us a clue and although the foyer was encouraging and the staff reasonably friendly the room was distincty frugal. Catering is provided in the Crab Shack - a separate building on site but it was... more

We were pleasantly surprised at the quaintness of the hotel. We stayed in a Deluxe Double which was very clean, spacious and had gorgeous high ceilings. Our third floor view was lovely. Location is perfect- a short walk to the lifts and not in the heart of the village by all the noisy bars & late night party-ers galavanting the... more

My golf group stayed here in late September through Eagle Tours. The rooms were clean and quiet. We had no problems and found the location to be quite convenient--just across the street from the main village. We loved the Whistler courses and give high marks to Eagle Tour's staff for making our trip come together at a great value. more

This hotel is kept by motel standards. The rooms are simple and smaller. The location is very good it is closer than the nicer hotels are. You are within walking of the lifts and village. The staff hear has a real problem, they forgot how to treat a GUEST. Everything seemed to be a chore to them and they wanted... more

This hotel looks better on the outside than it is on the inside. Our room was small (for a family of four), and with a tiny bathroom. The receptionist was very helpful, though. The pool was ok but open to the elements (not much of a problem during our stay, but could be dodgy in inclement weather) and the changing... more

We arrived in Whistler Village, late afternoon. Tried to find a B & B, but after several calls gave up and called the Coast. We found the room well appointed for the cost, still $99. canadian, but after taxes and parking $128. We were on the 2nd floor and the room above harboured the noisiest people, I called the lobby... more

Though the stay was uneventful, they accidentally didn't return my wallet upon checking out. I spent four days looking for my wallet at home, and coldn't find it. Finally, I called and found out that they had my wallet at the front desk, and hadn't bothered to contact me to advise. They made up some story about just having found... more
