Stayed here with a group of 8 on a skiing holiday, booked through Inghams, the UK ski operator. It was good enough - its a 3 star after all, so I'm not quite sure why people act like they think it should offer 5 star levels of comfort and service. We got a great price to stay in a comfortable hotel in Whistler, don't see what else we would want.
Room was comfy, and large enough - 2 doube queen size beds. We plenty of room for 4 in each room with ski gear.
We were on a bed and breakfast deal, although has to be said breakfast wasn't up to much - muffins and coffee were pretty much about it, and it was in a makeshift conference room. BUt again, for what we paid, it was better than nothing. The pool wasn't great, it is outside, but the whirlpool was great after a days skiing - it was roasting, and just the ticket to relax tired muscles.
