I would like to start by saying this is a review of only condo #33, the other Northern Lights Condos may be very different. We had a very unhelpful owner! When we were about to check in we were told that the condo would not be available until the following day! we were only staying in the condo for 2 nights and one of them would have to be spent elsewhere, my family had travelled to visit me in Vancouver all the way from the UK on there first visit to Canada so this was a terrible start to their holiday.
We were put in a condo that was one room smaller, had very few amenities and was very basic. The TV didn't even work and one of our children had to spend the night in a bathroom!
Now you would think that the owner of this multi million dollar condo we had paid a lot of money to stay in would be reasonable and refund our 1st night but instead we received a small gift basket with a few cr$#py bags of nuts and a 'well it's not my fault'.
