STAFF: Three employees encountered, one very unprofessional lady, a polite man who seemed to be the manager, and a younger fellow who did his job just fine at checkout time. Me and my family game to watch a moose game and the city was great. The hotels new waterslide was great and the kids loved it. The food tasted great thanx to our chef which I think his name was kyle. Older hotel but nice more

I stayed at this hotel a couple of days ago and found it to be a great hotel. a bit older but with a brand new pool and waterslide the kids loved it and didn't want to leave. the air condiontion was at a perfect tempture but for the price we paid it was well worth it. would definitly return more

Scary! Absolutely NOT a family-oriented hotel. We were deceived by a rating in a well-known guide which listed it as "clean and comfortable with some amenities".
