We have stayed here three times, totaling fifteen nights, multiple rooms each time. Never have had a bad experience. The furnishings are a little worn now, but the staff is always first rate. here is just a few of the many problems i found staying at the holiday inn, hairs in the bed including what looked like lipstick on one of the pillows, crumbs all over the carpit, mold in the bathroom, the heating unit hummed and banged all nite keeping us awake, but the foulist thing we found was a rotting apple... more

well the sheets had hair on it does the housekeepers wear hairnets and the bathrooms where not up to par and the maid does not take there time cleaning up the room i think the girls need to slow down so they do not miss anything and be more happyer more

The front desk was acceptable and business-like but lacked passion but things looked up from there. Front desk service was efficient and the hotel is well designed in that when you go to your floor, there is only ONE way to go from the elevator and you don't walk forever to get to your room.
