Stayed over the long weekend, just me and my son, while visiting family. Bellman, room service and Velvet Glove staff were incredible. Rooms were ok and comfortable, but it was the serice that stood out. Food: room service was better than most hotels at this range, and only had breakfast in the Velvet Glove, but it was great. more

We booked a room for new years ever for after a wedding. the bathroom sinks were cracked, stained and unsightly.
