Hotel is located beside Polo Park mall and close to many other shops and restaurants. Very comfortable beds, spacious and clean rooms, free parking, and good restaurant for breakfast attached (Pancake House). A little pricey though, so staying there is a bit of a splurge. more

We stay in Winnipeg a couple times a year. We like the convenience for shopping, but to do anything downtown (museum, concert hall, mts centre, etc.) it's a little jaunt. Stayed in the "Egyptian Theme Suite", which basically means that one chair will have an Egyptian print and a 3-inch wallpaper border of hieroglyphics will encircle the ceiling. The hotel is beautiful, I was there for both business and of course a little shopping. The room was very comfortable with great duvets on the bed and very roomy. The pool and the spa were also relaxing, and I also had a great breakfast in the Pancake house that is attached. Staff were excellent and very accommodating. more
