We had a great time at this B&B - our host was warm and welcoming, the location is great (short walk across to great restaurants etc), the breakfast was generous and delicious, the room was spacious and lovely - what more can you ask for?

Lovely house, comfortable bedroom. Cindy is a wonderful hostess. She gave me helpful information to choose a restaurant and to visit the market on Saturday morning. Overall, I got a very nice gluten free breakfast. And Fredericton is a nice city. One night stay is too short.

Lovely older home overlooking park and river and seconds from a walking trail to downtown (20 minutes). Bedroom was comfortable and room had quietest air conditionere we have ever experienced. We visited Fredericton, NB recently and stayed in the Rifles Suite of the Colonel's In B & B. This suite is separate from the house over a garage and perfect in every respect. We truly enjoyed this B&B during our one night stay in the quaint Hussar room. Cindy was a wonderful, welcoming hostess and very helpful. We had stayed here 11 years ago and enjoyed the calm yet central location. The new owners have added more details, expanded the breakfast menu to make it even better. The place to stay for access to Downtown Fredericton and The University district.

We stayed two nights in the Rifles suite (above the garage) over the Thanksgiving long weekend and thought it was terrific. Cindy and Ian were excellent hosts. The room was comfortable and quiet (the jacuzzi and private balcony were both nice perks!) and the breakfast was delicious. We loved being able to walk downtown across the footbridge in 20 minutes.
