We have stayed here every July (Highland Games Weekend) for the past several years. We have always found the staff friendly, the rooms clean and the location is very conveient. We must also comment that the towels in our room were nice and soft. We keep coming back! more

I would not stay in this hotel again. I checked in and was given a room that was occupied already. The next room had a very funny smell to it, almost like a musty, urine,odour freshner all combined into one. The hotel is older and needs some fixing up. I called all the hotels in Fredericton looking for a room (I live in Nova Scotia) and found a great suite at the Comfort Inn for the same price as a regular room at most of the other hotels. This particular Comfort Inn could use some work. The hallway through the entire hotel smells of smoke even in the non-smoking area. We booked a non-smoking room but the entire building smelled of cigarette smoke. The hallways were smelly and it got into the room and the furniture. Nice enough place but it is for smokers only. more
