This is a wonderful Victorian heritage property in a fantastic location. It is easy to imagine what life would have been like in Victorian Fredericton. The inrior of the building was as lovely as the outside. Breakfast was really good and the hosts - Steve and Kathy - we're very accomodating. This is an old building set well back from a fairly quiet road with off-road parking, about 5-10 minutes walk from the "historic centre". The furniture fitted the period of the house – generally in good condition except for a wardrobe that had a very sticky door that had to be tugged open and slammed shut. We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was comfortable, clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated with antique furnishings. The inn keepers were very welcoming and friendly, but not so much that it was annoying. The breakfast was fabulous--definitely the highlight of the stay.
