My husband and I stayed at this hotel many times previous to the new owners. The previous owner was wonderful and prices were extremely affordable. This motel is a dive, they turn the hot water off after supper and it is rundown. It is cheap but not even worth that. I would not recommend this motel to anyone. If you want a cheap motel go to Fort Nashwaak Motel which is just up the road. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is delicious. more

We had went to stay the night at the Norfolk, which we had done several times before. This time however was not as pleasant. As soon as we entered the room the bed was slanted. I don't mean just a small slope this was sooo bad that if you were to lay in the bed, all the blood would rush... more

The Norfolk is just outside the city of Fredericton. It's catch phrase is "Spend a Night, Not a Fortune". The is applicable...rooms go for as low as $39.
