This hotel is only rated a 3 star and deserves much more. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable. The room was spotless, the bedding was new and plush. I would stay here again. more

The staff here are incredible and this is the only place I would stay when in Moncton. The rooms are always clean and the staff always very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone, it has a fitness center, breakfast room, and within walking distance to Crystal Palace and the Mall. 10 on 10 for this hotel more

I stayed at the hotel for a week for work. The bed was comfy and the room was generally clean. The breakfast sufficed, but all the styrofoam and disposable cutlery sure made me feel guilty. They really should invest in a dishwasher. Overall, I had a good rate and I got a good sleep after working all day! more

While not your 'resort' hotel, the pool was big enough for my small children, and the available amenities suited us fine. There's a free deluxe continental breakfast, and guest computer that open all hours! My only complaint would be with their reservations call centre.
