Marshlands Inn was a disaster. With a capital D. While the building is among the prettiest in a pretty small town, inside the Inn operations are disastrous. Over the years we have stayed at the Marshlands Inn several times. Most recently we returned to the Marshlands after a rather long absence. The new ownership was most obvious. Everything is very well maintained and the rooms are lovingly decorated in period style. You really feel that you have stepped back in time to a kinder and gentler place.... more
