I stayed for 2 nights at this nice hotel and was enchanted by the service they provide. The room and bed were extremely comfortable, TV and programs great. The only problem is the heating/AC equipment, that needs constant adjustment and makes a lot of noise. Should they fix this - changing the equipment will be necessary - then the hotel... more

I come to this hotel on a monthly basis. I have allways been satisfied, unlike other places I stayed before. From the desk clerks to the maids, everyone is polite and collaborative. Most rooms have little fridges and some have a microwave too. My room on this stay was spotless (like usual) and appeared almost new. This hotel definitily deserves... more

I booked this hotel after reading reviews on tripadvisor. Hotel was in great location and was near downtown Saint John. Room was nice and bathroom was good. I was suprised with my welcome letter on my first night, they put some chocolates, M&Ms, Crispers and a bottle water for me. This is a first for a Holiday Inn for me.... more

We stayed here for one night with a voucher that was purchased at a charity auction and when we checked in they gave us a free upgrade to a King size room. The room was beautiful, just recently redone, new furniture. I'm not sure what the other rooms were like but ours was a suite with a separate sitting room... more

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were quick to suggest places to go and provided directions. The room was clean, warm and fresh. There was very little noise from outside which was impressive since it was quite busy in that part of the city. The hotel was close to shopping malls. There wasn't a lot of parking available.... more

Although the hotel looks fairly modest from the outside, the rooms inside are anything but modest. I have stayed in many hotels in my time and this ranks up there as being one of the best.
