Very nice property. Brand new hotel so nothing is wrong with style and comfort. The bed was actually very comfortable. The pool area has a great waterslide. The hotel is located 7-8 minutes from downtown Saint-John and next to a new retail area where restaurants can be found nearby. Great service and overall a great experience! When my family checked out in the morning they paid in cash. Later in the week i noticed my credit card ws also charged. I stay at the Hampton Inn Saint John at least once per month. Great value, free parking and wirless internet. New rooms with very comfortable beds, excellent tv and wireless reception. Very convenient loacation to shopping and attractions. Only 10 min to downtown or airport. more

I have stayed at many Hampton Inn hotels during my travels, this hotel being new was beautiful and extremely clean and centrally located. Our kids loved the pool and waterslide. nice hotel, but it is located behind a mega-shopping complex. the shopping complex was in a hideous commercial area. the kids enjoyed the waterslide in the pool and we were only 10 minutes from the reversing waterfalls. more
