When we read that this was a Four Star we expected more. We have stayed at Leaside Manor in St.John's and it was a four and a half star and it was night and day.

The rooms were clean and nice. The location was great.

The service was non exisitent and the self serve kitchen was dirty and messy.
It seemed as though there were teeenagers living there who did not look after their dog, one night left outside barking from 3-4am. One morning I went to the kitchen to find a pile of dog poo on the dining room floor. more
