Clean, reasonable hotel. Not located that centrally, but the city is not very large. Friendly staff. The 'harbourview' might be fine in some of the upper level rooms, but otherwise the rooms face a busy loading dock that ships use till 3 am and start at again at 4 am. Walls are also paper thin. more

This is a very clean, comfortable hotel in a great location. We had a room overlooking the beautiful streets of St. John's. There is lots of free parking underneath the hotel. I stayed at the hotel in April 2009. Overall the hotel is not bad. The rooms are clean and large enough, the staff give great service and I enjoyed the restaurant on the first floor.
