Stayed a week at the Balmoral, and we were very satisfied ! We stayed in the lower kitchen apartment - -private entrance -quiet -fully equipped kitchen - reasonably priced. Bed and breakfast without the breakfast. Sorry but I do not consider cornflakes and toast to be a meal. The room was clean and warm but small.
