Our usual accommodations were booked up due to conventions so we decided to try Hometel and initially selected the mid-range room. This is the best Hotel I have ever stay in! Rooms are great, modern, bright & clean, staff are excellent, friendly & helpful. They have free phone calls, not just local but long distance too!! Their continental breakfast includes eggs & Starbucks coffee! I would recommend this place to everyone. more

We booked our stay online from the westjet website expecting a newer and modern hotel room with "luxury" features. What we got was a tiny room (1401) that apparently was in the building they use as a hub for housekeeping. We could hear everything the maids and other guests were saying/doing.
