I have been working on /of in St. John's most of the summer. I stayed here by fluke. It was a great fluke. Super location, quiet and comfortable and very clean. I rarely need to use my car except to/from work as it was pretty much in the middle of downtown St. John's

It was so spacious it was more like i was renting a home then an apartment. Clean and quite and maybe 5 minute walk to either George Street or the center of downtown. My only regret? I couldn;t stay here throughout but I was travelling as part of a large group which limited us to larger hotels

Part of my St. John's stay was work related and i had to interview some people. I got the owner's permission and it was just great. It was very comfortable to do interviews outside a formal office environment. I was relaxed, the applicants were relaxed.
